Serenity and harmony through sound

Everyday stress and tension are part of our modern lifestyle and can affect almost everyone at some time in their life. During times of increased mental demands, the brain sends signals to various body systems to leap into action. When the psychological and physical factors of tension are felt, the body increases its release of certain stress hormones through the adrenal glands.

A prolonged increase in these hormones is not ideal and can result in compromised vitality and may influence emotional, cognitive and physical health. In order to ensure that stress does not build up and have an adverse effect on your health, it is important to find stress management techniques that will work for you.

The natural way

Nature’s soothing sounds have been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years to support the healthy functioning of the brain and nervous system, helping to encourage healthy stress management and inner peace.

You can find essential oil of lavender at many stores. Keep it handy and take a sniff when you start feeling anxious. Try putting a few drops of lavender essence oil into some oil (olive or grape seed oil will do) and rub on your body. Keep a prepared mixture in a dark glass bottle for when you need it. You can even prepare several bottles,

Prevent or Cure a Panic Attack With Natural Treatments
Author: Don Levy

Your first panic attack should be a learning experience that will help you control attacks in the future. Sometimes people with a panic attack go to the emergency room thinking they are having a heart attack as the symptoms are similar and come on suddenly. You’ll feel things like sudden periods of extreme fear, anxiety, shortness of breath, dizziness, trembling, rapid heart beat, hyperventilation, tingling sensation, nausea, etc. When they learn that it was a panic attack and knowing the difference they can start taking control of their future attacks. This is important because often a panic attack will keep you from even functioning.

Panic attacks are caused by many physical, mental and emotional triggers. Genetics may play a part and females are more apt to get them than men. Allergies or sensitivities to food, drink or chemicals can trigger an attack along with memories or trauma. Alcohol and drug can also cause panic attacks and disorders. Serious and upsetting experiences along with everyday events could trigger an attack.

I hope your enjoy our posting regarding panic attack treatment. Panicaway and
some review details.

It is only when we struggle with‚ or run away from our anxieties‚ that they gain momentum. We can only be victims of fear if we allow ourselves to be.

“Do the thing you are afraid to do and the death of fear is certain.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

We have spoken on this blog site about panic attacks in detail now we want to tackle the side–effects of panic attacks. Most people who experience frequent panic attacks describe a lingering background generalized anxiety that stays with them long after the panic attack is over. Panic attacks are not spontaneous‚ random experiences. They are rooted in an underlying general anxiety that acts as the feeding ground for them to occur. Some people claim the attacks come totally out of the blue‚ but in fact on closer examination the person is usually already feeling an above average level of generalized anxiety before the panic attack begins. It is this generalized anxiety that we are going to discuss in this article and related treatment options via the Panicaway method .

People describe the generalized anxiety like a knot in the stomach accompanied by recurring fearful thoughts. This condition is referred to as Generalized Anxiety Disorder or GAD. This generalized anxiety disorder is the breeding ground for future panic attacks‚ and it is important that it be addressed and eliminated so the individual can go about daily business unimpeded by the uncomfortable stress sensations.

How to Stop Sexual Anxiety

Here is an interesting article that we came across on the topic of Sexual Anxiety.

Sexual Anxiety Causes And Cures
By James O’Neill

Anxiety Provoked by Sexual Worries, Fears or Uncertainty
————————————————————————————-

One of the main causes of anxiety and depression is disturbed and unbalanced sexual energy. By reading this article you will learn to understand and control your sexual energy.

Sexuality is a direct method of practicing Love. Sexuality in its true sense is divine. It’s proof of Love. If you are thinking of a person and getting turned on it means that person is also getting turned on by you. Loving a person means saying yes to that person, bowing to the deepest part of their being. Yes to fulfilling their needs, and yes to their desires and fantasies.

No Love= No erection

If there are any problems getting turned on it most likely means that you are with the totally wrong partner. Both partners need to be open for giving and receiving love. Giving and receiving are two equal skills like ying and yang. If one person is too stingy or if one person can’t absorb the others love then there will be problems. So when it comes to sex, instead of being superficial it’s important to start thinking about Love in life and relationships. Otherwise sex can’t be satisfying.

BLOCKING BEHAVIORS KEEPING YOUR STRESS ALIVE?

There are three obsessive behaviors that you are likely to be engaging in that impeded your healing process and stop you from enjoying a stress-free life. Recognizing these barriers can be a great first step toward getting rid of the
problems that go with being too stressed. The first is obsessive negativity. When you are obsessively negative, it means that you have a tendency toward being “negative” about people, places, situations, and things in your life.

Perhaps you find yourself saying things like “I can’t do this!” or “No one understands!” or “Nothing ever works!”, for example. You may be doing this unconsciously, but essentially you have what’s known as a “sour grapes” attitude, and it holds you back from knowing what it’s like to view life from a positive lens and enjoy the beauty in yourself and people around you! There’s a whole world out there for you…with happiness and positive thinking. Then you have obsessive perfectionism. When you engage in obsessive perfectionism, you are centered on trying to do everything “just so” to the point of driving yourself into an anxious state of being. You may find yourself making statements such as, “I have to do this right, or I’ll be a failure!” or “If I am not precise, people will be
mad at me!” Again, this behavior may be totally under the threshold of your awareness, but it interferes greatly with your ability to enjoy things without feeling “uptight” and “stressed.”
